Federal government not planning to require itself to disclose when people get hacked when they go on Healthcare.gov

Private companies are required to publicly disclose security breaches and to notify people if their personal information has been hacked. The federal government is not planning to do that with people whose information is hacked when they go on Healthcare.gov.
