"What can be done to stop this culture of no accountability in the V.A. system?"
Answer: "The President called the head of the V.A. and asked if changes need to be made."
Tapper: "That guy was the head of the V.A. in 2011 when similar lack of accountability was prevalent." "Maybe this guy isn't the best steward of these veterans." "This letter from Chairman Miller was sent a year ago, and you guys ignored it." "Why does the V.A. cordon itself off from the press?"
