Speculation is increasing today that Susan Rice will be Biden's running mate pick, after she sold many of her Netflix shares.

Susan Rice was the person who stepped forward for Obama and Clinton and lied to all the network political shows after the Benghazi terror attack that killed our ambassador and four brave Seals.

She was also involved in unmasking members of the Trump team such as General Flynn and lied that she knew nothing about that.

Why no FBI or CIA whistleblowers on the spying on the Trump team?

Because it was being run at the highest levels of the FBI and CIA in coordination with Susan Rice, Obama's National Security Advisor!

When someone asked who will challenge Senator Collins for the next Senate race in Maine, Susan Rice tweeted, "Me!" You remember Susan don't you? She was the one Obama and Hillary could always count on to cover for them.

Ace of Spades does his usual thorough job of presenting to us an item in the news. Today's item is Susan Rice writing an email to herself on January 20, moments before Trump was inaugurated, about a meeting she attended fifteen days earlier. That meeting took place in the White House. Attendees were President Obama, National Security Adviser Susan Rice, Vice President Biden, FBI Director Comey and then-Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates. James Comey did not mention this meeting when he testified before Congress. Senators Grassley and Graham have given Susan Rice until February 22 to respond to a letter they have written to her. So, let me be sure I've got this straight:

1. There was a meeting. Comey, Obama, Rice, Biden, and Yates at a minimum were there.

2. They basically agreed to HIDE INFORMATION from the members of an incoming administration.

3. Just before that, they ordered the NSA to make available information about US persons -- including members of the incoming administration -- to the wider intel community.

4. This information was almost certainly leaked.

"Shall be made available..."

You may have read that Susan Rice's unmasking records were sent to the "Obama Library" and cannot be made available for public inspection for five years. Judicial Watch says not necessarily so:

As noted, the records could be squirreled away from the public for at least five years, but there are ways they can be obtained almost immediately under law. The exceptions to Obama Library records restricted access are as follows:

“subject to any rights, defenses, or privileges which the United States or any agency or person may invoke, Presidential records shall be made available–

(A) pursuant to subpoena or other judicial process issued by a court of competent jurisdiction for the purposes of any civil or criminal investigation or proceeding;

(B) to an incumbent President if such records contain information that is needed for the conduct of current business of the incumbent President’s office and that is not otherwise available; and

(C) to either House of Congress, or, to the extent of matter within its jurisdiction, to any committee or subcommittee thereof if such records contain information that is needed for the conduct of its business and that is not otherwise available;

You can see that both President Trump and Congress can quickly get ahold of these records. As JW considers it legal options, they should both move quickly to preserve, protect, and disclose the Obama spying scandal documents to JW and the American people.

This is the consequence you get when you "slow-roll"

In a recent broadcast of the John Batchelor Show, Chairman Devin Nunes (R-Calif.) of the House Select Intelligence Committee confirmed that all three subpoenas his committee sent to senior Obama administration officials seek details about the unmaskings of American citizens. He also said that it was "very unusual" for an ambassador like Samantha Power to unmask names of American citizens "under any circumstances." The chairman made clear that he and his colleagues would not be requesting the information if they didn’t have "probable cause that there was an abuse of power” and that his investigation into possible illegalities was just beginning.

“Oh, this is only the beginning," Nunes said. "There are many more officials that we have concerns about abusing the intelligence programs.”

Nunes joined Batchelor and Mary Kissel of The Wall Street Journal editorial board last Thursday to discuss the subpoenas sent to former CIA director John Brennan, former national security adviser Susan Rice, and former UN ambassador Samantha Power.

“The subpoenas,” Nunes explained, “actually went to the NSA, the CIA, and the FBI, requesting specifically, of those three individuals that were named, the unmaskings they have done, that they did, from the time period of 2016, the entire year, leading up to Jan. 20 of this year.”
Quickly Nunes focused on the politics of the unmaskings.

“I can’t get into why we chose those individuals, but clearly this is just further escalation in the concern we have of the unmaskings of Americans by the senior leaders of the Obama administration. Americans that didn’t know about it, and, of course, potentially Trump transition officials.”

Nunes clarified his concerns.

“Every American is masked. The intelligence agencies are bound by law to mask all American citizens that get picked up in foreign collection. What has to happen, if you want to find out who the American is—there’s a process and procedure in place for that. It’s actually very uncommon in most cases, and seldom happens. But the concern I have had, that I expressed publicly, quite publicly, actually, a couple months ago, was that it became excessive. That Obama administration officials were unmasking people in the Trump transition, and it made me quite uncomfortable.

...Asked if former FBI director James Comey has obstructed the investigation into the unmaskings, Nunes was blunt. “It’s unknown at this point. We will see whether or not the FBI produces the unmaskings that were done by these three individuals. If the FBI continues to not provide the information to Congress—or the NSA or CIA, for that matter—”

Nunes did not finish the thought.

The agencies have until Wednesday, June 7, 2017, to deliver the information requested by Nunes.

"Look, we want to work with the intelligence agencies," he said. "We didn’t want to have to subpoena, but the process was moving way too slowly. So we picked these three individuals whom we have a particular interest in, and hopefully, they [the agencies] are expedient. That they have till next week to give us the unmaskings that these three individuals have done. I think they know now that we are serious.”

The intelligence reports at the center of the Susan Rice unmasking controversy were detailed, and almost resembled a private investigator’s file, according to a Republican congressman familiar with the documents.

"This is information about their everyday lives," Rep. Peter King of New York, a member of the House Intelligence committee said. "Sort of like in a divorce case where lawyers are hired, investigators are hired just to find out what the other person is doing from morning until night and then you try to piece it together later on.”

I was able to listen to a bit of Laura Ingraham's 4-4-17 show today. Beginning at the 34-minute mark she has some good insights into the Susan Rice story. Or, is it really the Susan Rice story? As Laura says, Rice didn't call the shots. to understand that context, we need to go back to the point at which Rice first became infamous for her willingness to go on five or six Sunday shows to propagate the lie that Benghazi was a response to an obscure YouTube video. After she did that, Barack Obama promoted her to become his National Security Adviser. Now, Laura observes, "The cat's got her tongue."

Whether Susan Rice knew before hand that she was propagating lies about Benghazi, or whether she found out later, how does she look at herself in the mirror after that?

Will she claim executive privilege? Or, will she seek immunity?

With dozens of people with access to President Obama’s PDB, Rice’s unmasking of the intelligence report names gave dozens of people direct access to unmasked intelligence – including Obama officials who could, perhaps did, use the PDB for specific and intentional political purposes, as outlined by Evelyn Farkas who was one of the recipients of the unmasked intelligence.

If you know how concentric circle political safety is constructed, you will notice that Susan Rice is now hugging the security of the Presidency. No space. To take Rice down, means to take down President Obama – safe play on her part.

Reverse the safety. No-one in media or congress is going to allow President Obama to be taken down; ergo, everyone will protect Susan Rice. They have no choice.
