In the Daily Signal, Dennis Prager writes,

...Only leftists understand that one must vote left no matter who the Democrat is, no matter who the Republican opponent is. Leftists are completely interchangeable: There is no ideological difference among the 20 or so Democrats running for president. Mayor Pete Buttigieg is not one degree to the right of Kamala Harris or Elizabeth Warren.

...That is why it is important to understand Clinton and Obama’s tweets: to understand the left, not to understand her or him.

Here are the tweets:

Obama: “The attacks on tourists and Easter worshippers in Sri Lanka are an attack on humanity. On a day devoted to love, redemption, and renewal, we pray for the victims and stand with the people of Sri Lanka.”

...Three hours later, Clinton tweeted: “On this holy weekend for many faiths, we must stand united against hatred and violence. I’m praying for everyone affected by today’s horrific attacks on Easter worshippers and travelers in Sri Lanka.”

...As they both spelled “worshipers” the same idiosyncratic way and used the term “Easter worshippers,” it is likely they either had the same writers or Clinton copied Obama.

Here’s what’s critical: Neither used the word “Christians.” And in order to avoid doing so, they went so far as to make up a new term—”Easter worshippers”—heretofore unknown to any Christian.

When Jews were murdered at the Tree of Life synagogue in Pittsburgh, Clinton mentioned the synagogue in a tweet. But in her post-Sri Lanka tweet, despite the bombing of three churches filled with Christians, Clinton made no mention of church or churches.

In a tweet after the massacre of Muslims in New Zealand, she wrote that her heart broke for “the global Muslim community.” But in her latest tweet, not a word about Christians or the global Christian community.

Obama similarly wrote in his tweet about New Zealand that he was grieving with “the Muslim community” over the “horrible massacre in the Mosques.” But in his tweet about Sri Lanka, there is no mention of Christians or churches.

The reason neither of them mentioned Christians or churches is that the left has essentially forbidden mention of all the anti-Christian murders perpetrated by Muslims in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, and of all the Muslim desecration of churches in Europe, Africa, and anywhere else.

This is part of the same phenomenon—that I and others have documented—of British police and politicians covering up six years of rape of 1,400 English girls by Muslim “grooming gangs” in Rotherham and elsewhere in England.

Essentially, the left’s rule is that nothing bad—no matter how true—may be said about Muslims or Islam and nothing good—no matter how true—may be said of Christians or Christianity.

She made sure to condemn “Islamophobia,” but she wrote not a word about the far more destructive and widespread hatred of Christians in the Muslim world, seen in Muslims’ virtual elimination of the Christian communities in the Middle East, the regular murder and kidnappings of Coptic Christians in Egypt, and the murder of Christians in Nigeria.

She calls on “leaders everywhere” to condemn “white supremacist terrorists,” one of the smallest hate groups on Earth, but never calls on leaders everywhere to condemn Islamist terrorists, the largest hate group on Earth.

These two tweets tell you a lot about Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama. But far more importantly, they tell you a lot about the left.

This Is Who They Are

The top of the line Democrats, Socialists, Progressives, Liberals, the Left, and Celebrities make a big deal about equality and tolerance and fairness and lots of other feel good buzz words or phrases. But, do not be fooled. This recent college bribery scandal is who they are! Who they really are. If you have doubts, just look at their history. They have always been elitists or worked as fast as possible to become part of the elite class. Usually through additional forms of corruption. I mean, come on, you don’t actually think all those folks from regular backgrounds became almost millionaires without selling a wee bit of their soul along the way, do you???

Hollywood became outraged about the sexual abuse only after it became so public that they could not keep it covered up. Until then, they were going along with the status quo and allowing women and children to be coerced at will by the power players of movie land. Same thing in Washington, DC. They only get huffy if a Democrat is outed or a Conservative has committed an erotic error. Otherwise they use the Congressional Hush Honey Slush Money and pay for the accusers to go away.

The same thing with this college bribery scandal. They do not believe in fair play. They do not believe in equal treatment for all. They fully expect to be treated special and given what they want. And, acts of outrage by the likes of Elizabeth Warren, who got her own preferential treatment through cheating, is just hypocrisy. And, the Obamas are now on their second-generation of preferential treatment, so don’t think they are not just as guilty as others.

People get all upset about the wealth of President Trump. But, the man came from wealth. I am more upset about the politicians like Bernie Sanders who came from nothing and is now a millionaire. How did a sitting politician who has never really held a job or owned a business get so much money??? Seems like that is deserving of more investigating than the fantasy of the Russian Trump “nothing to see here” that has come to light so far in Mueller’s investigation. And, let’s not forget the Clintons' non-charitable charity. Millions here. Millions there. Millions, millions everywhere. But barely a cent to those in need!

One of my personal pet peeves about leftist elitism is their attitude about guns. They want to take guns away from citizens . . . but seem to be perfectly okay with their armed security teams. Another example of regular folks being seen as less deserving than those who would be rulers.

If these people do not care enough to play fair about college admissions and personal protection, what makes anyone think they will play fair anywhere else in our society. They are just like Socialists, Communists, and Democratic Socialists have always been. Lots of common folk and poor people making do with what crumbs they are allowed while an elite ruling class takes the cream off the top to live like royalty. If anyone doubts this, just look at history books and Venezuela. Oh, and you might check into the “wonderful” socialized medicine programs all over Europe!!! Do you actually think the Euro-Rich are waiting months and years for their chance at treatment??? I think not!

We need to wake up and smell the corruption. In reality the corruption of Psuedo-Socialism being sold by the Left smells far worse than the horse manure used to fertilize roses. Nothing is free when you must steal from others to pay for it. And, that is what excessive taxation becomes. Just grand theft on a national and “legal” level. But, it is immoral no matter what laws are passed. To tax hard-working people into poverty is criminal. The criminals just happen to own the printing press for “get out of jail free cards” ‘cause they essentially own the corrupt government bureaucracies. Not to mention they are now working to undermine our nation by importing illegal immigrants and allowing non-citizens to vote.

Don’t be fooled by their claims of concern for the poor or the middle class or the children. Their only concern is for their continued power and wealth. Power is money and money is power. This is the law that rules their world. To keep this law in their favor they will throw every single American citizen under the bus and fairness be damned.

They keep the poor reliant on welfare to maintain their voting base. They tax the middle class into poverty to pay for their overspending. And, they will vote for any bill that kills babies through abortion. So, that kinda sums up their concern for any of us. Yeah, like I said at the beginning, “This is who they are!”

But, maybe the Left's moral puffery is a costume! The Left's main goal is controlling what you think! In order to do that they have to control the information you receive. Amazon, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube are happy to ban unapproved thoughts. So are just about every media organization except Fox News' opinion hours. The Left demands total conformity. Since the day we went on the air they have been working hard to kill this show!

In the next segment, Tucker asks his guest, Tammy Bruce, an "old fashioned liberal feminist," why does she think the Left wants to stifle dissent? Tammy said it is because the Left doesn't rely on ideas. They rely on fear and division and controlling people within that framework!

Their real interest in imposing political censorship on their employees is that they know that the left will punish them if they do not, and the right is not going to say anything either way (they will sniff that it's no one's business what another man does with his business, even if that means he is whipsawed into becoming the left's catspaw for political pressure of everyday citizens).

Thus, they do wind up having a business interest in being an explicitly leftwing company: Defying the left would cost them in terms of coordinated negative public relations campaigns and boycotts, and crossing the right costs them not one slim dime, because on the right, it's considered uncouth to even criticize a business for turning into a bullyboy for the left, and so of course they take the path of least resistance.

As anyone in their situation would.

"Disproportionate"

At Town Hall Dennis Prager writes,

Those old enough to remember the Cold War will remember that the left constantly called for a "nuclear freeze," including a unilateral freeze by Western countries. Likewise, the European left mounted huge demonstrations against America bringing Pershing 2 missiles into Western Europe. No matter how violent the Soviet Union was, the left always opposed a strong Western military. The left mocked then-President Ronald Reagan's call for an anti-ballistic missile defense system; it couldn't understand why Americans would think being able to protect America from incoming ballistic missiles was a good and moral idea. The left so effectively derided the idea, mockingly dubbing it "Star Wars," that few knew its real name: the Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI).

So, too, the left universally condemns Israeli attacks on those who seek not merely to defeat Israel but to exterminate it. The left around the world condemned Israel's military responses to Hamas launching missiles at Israeli civilian targets. They declared Israel's counterattacks "disproportionate" -- because more Gazans were killed than Israelis. Never mind which party was the aggressor or which party targeted civilians. Had the left been as active in the 1940s, it surely would have condemned the Allies for their bombing of Germany and Japan; after all, far more German and Japanese civilians were killed in Allied bombing raids than Allied civilians were killed in German bombing raids. Now that was really "disproportionate."

Fighting evil is the left's Achilles heel. As I have repeatedly noted, the left fights little evils, or even non-evils, rather than great evils.

With regard to fighting communism in the 20th century and today fighting radical Islamic terror and Islamist treatment of women, the Stalinist North Korean regime, the Holocaust-denying and Holocaust-planning theocracy of Iran, the Syrian mass murderers and the violent crime in America, the left is either silent or appeasing. And, of course, it works constantly to weaken the American military, the world's greatest force against evil.

But the left does direct its fighting spirit against Confederate statues, schools with the name of slave owners (including George Washington and Thomas Jefferson), carbon emissions, income inequality, "microaggressions," "white privilege," any limitation on abortion, Columbus Day, "Islamophobia," Israeli settlements, "Russian collusion" and the like. Against these minimal or nonexistent evils, the left is ferocious.

That is why the left opposes enabling some teachers and other adults in schools to carry arms in order to possibly stop a mass murderer: The left doesn't fight evil; it fights those who do. Just as the left hated anti-communists, hates opponents of Islamism and hates Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu (far more than the Iranian ayatollahs), it hates those who wish to see teachers and others voluntarily armed take down the murderers of our children.

While law enforcement fights a desperate battle to stop the next Saipov, the men and women tracking the terrorists know that if they get their man, the media will make them the villains. Just ask the good people who brought down Ahmed Ferhani, James Cromitie, Shahawar Matin Siraj and so many others.

Sane societies celebrate those who risk their lives to keep them safe. The leftist culture machine does everything it can to destroy them and to aid the Islamic butchers who run over pedestrians for Allah.

The way to stop the next Saipov is to untie the NYPD’s hands.

After every shooting, the left insists that anyone who opposes gun control wants people to die. But guns don’t hop off the shelf and shoot people. And trucks don’t run over pedestrians on their own.

Islamic terrorists drive them into crowds, over pedestrians and cyclists, in London, Nice, in Berlin, in Jerusalem and in New York City. And leftists who refuse to stop them might as well be behind the wheel.

I have known for decades that the Left/Progressives/Democrats/Whatever were growing less and less tolerant of anyone and anything that did not fit their cookie cutter narrative of who and what everyone should be, but I really got smacked upside the head with some personal attacks this past week. At the same time I saw similar attacks directed at others who shared views similar to my own. Wow! Some of those on the other side, so to speak, are so bound by the tenets they follow that I am shocked they can get an adequate supply of oxygen while trying to breathe!

Not only was I called some foul names and had some coarse language directed at me, but I learned a whole lot more about how some of the intolerance is so very illogical. From the many attacks on me and others I discovered you are not allowed to have an opinion if you are:
Deemed to be too young
Deemed to be too old
A woman
A man
Perceived as white
Perceived as not non-white enough
Not poor enough
Too rich
Too educated
Not educated enough
And, the list seemingly goes on, but got a bit too vague to follow

And, by now, I am sure some of y’all are wondering what foul crime against humanity was committed by those of us targeted in these attacks. Well, we had the audacity to express our view that we were offended by professional athletic organizations, in particular players and coaches, choosing gametime as an opportunity to protest and lecture. A time when fans are waiting to be entertained. A time when we expect them to be doing their jobs. Being athletes and coaches, not social justice warriors.

None of us have a problem with players, athletes, or anyone expressing their opinions or even protesting. We just have a problem with the timing of the way they are choosing to do so. If fans are watching on television, the internet, or at the stadium, we are in one way or another PAYING to be entertained by an athletic event. We are not paying to be disrespected and lectured about politics, racism, social justice, inequality, police violence, past slavery, or whatever the protest is supposedly about for this month, week, or day.

While the sport team owners may “sign” the checks for players and coaches, it is the fans who pay the bills. We buy the licensed gear, subscribe for access to the games, pay for the tickets, or buy the advertisers’ products. Without the various ways the fans lay out the money that goes to support the organizations, there would be no funds for paying the players and coaches. So, is it really too much for fans to ask that we get what we are paying for? That we are entertained rather than lectured (by words or actions) when we tune in for sports?

Anyway, apparently fans who disagree with sports protests are amongst the most despicable of all humanity to walk the earth. We are beyond the pale when it comes to tolerance from the Left and those fighting for social justice. We’ve been left out of the listings for those allowed access to freedom of speech, thought, and action. You know, those freedoms we are demanded to give to the protesting athletes and others supporting their cause. Wow, Leftists, way to show your support of tolerance. Once again, tolerance is a limited item in your very narrow little worldview.

Wow! The Left is on fire! They finally have an issue! Jared Kushner and other Trump team officials have used private email servers to conduct White House business. The Left is screaming with joy, "Lock 'em up! Quoting Matt Apuzzo and Maggie Haberman from the New York Times: "At least six of President Trump’s closest advisers occasionally used private email addresses to discuss White House matters, current and former officials said on Monday." In addition to Kushner, it may also be Steve Bannon, Reince Priebus, Stephen Miller, Gary Cohn, and Ivanka Trump.

The Left's strategy

I Am A Woman!

I am getting very tired of the Left, the so-called feminists, and political correctness devaluing women, girls, females, femininity, womanhood, motherhood, and just about anything that seems to have to do with being a bearer of the XX chromosome. There is constant babble about a war on women and it is true, there is a war on women. But, contrary to the lies being spread by the Left, the majority of the media, the so-called feminists, and the politically correct, that war is being waged not from the Right, not by the Conservatives, and most assuredly not by the majority of Christians. It is all about the so-called Progressives and their social engineering justice goals.

Women and girls are being forced to accept that biological males, who still have their masculine genitalia, will be sharing their bathrooms, showers, locker rooms, barracks, and competing against them on female sports teams. The females are being told they must adapt to the “transgender” male intruders, rather than these male intruders being told they must adapt to sharing their biologically correct spaces with non-transgender males.

The so-called feminists seem to be all about vaginas and breasts. They want to wear their little pink pussy-hats and go topless while protesting that women are seen only as sex objects and treated as second class citizens. They are constantly turning the conversation to their “lady parts”, yet are offended that someone else might actually mention lady parts or look at them someplace other than straight in the eyes. Well, guess what? If you constantly show that you care about nothing more than vaginas and breasts, how do you expect anyone else to see you as anything more than a life support system for those self-same lady parts???

I am very proud of being a woman. I have given birth to two daughters and have six granddaughters (as well as one grandson). Equality and rights for women are important to me. Very important. But, a bunch of man-hating feminists going topless, wearing pink pussy-hats, and leaving a ton of trash behind them after a senseless protest march is doing absolutely nothing to secure a single right for women that we do not already possess.

If these women are really worried about the rights of women, they should be protesting that biologically female athletes are now being forced to compete at a disadvantage against biologically male athletes who have decided they are actually girls. Or, maybe they should be raising heck about female genital mutilation being practiced in the United States, despite being a horrific practice that serves no purpose beyond de-humanizing the females who undergo this vile butchering. Perhaps they should be concerned about the number of female college students and female college graduates who have been so brainwashed by the false ideas of rape culture and white male privilege that they cannot function as normal, contributing members of a truly free society. There are very real problems that women in America face. There are even more real problems faced by women all around the world. But, they are not the problems being focused on by the very unfocused useful idiots of the Left and those who would use them for their own purposes.

American women have the right to vote, the right to bear arms, the right to free speech, in short, all the rights that American men possess. They have the right to medical care, including abortion, and the right to use birth control. They can gather for protests and speak out against tyranny, real or perceived. They have the right to marry as they wish or not marry as they wish. They can raise children, just adopt pets, or live life as a reclusive hermit. They can worship or not worship as they choose. They can work outside the home, work from home, or be a homemaker, wife, and/or mother.

But, even some of these rights are actually being challenged by those Leftist, so-called feminists. Women who choose to be stay-home wives and mothers have been under attack by feminists since the 1970s and they only get more hateful about it as the decades go by. Feminists are all about choice . . . so long as you choose as they specify. They want the right to spew any hateful vitriol they choose, yet they wish to deny others the same right to free speech. They are not only trying to limit the rights of women who do not agree with them, there are many who wish to curtail the rights and freedoms of men, just ‘cause they are male.

Well, I am here to say that they most assuredly do not speak for me! I like being a woman. I like men. I like children. I like being a stay-home wife. I like dressing up pretty and having my husband notice. I like being feminine, when I am not out doing septic maintenance, furniture building, fence repair, horse capturing, or something else a little less than prissy on our few acres here in Texas. I have cowboy boots for mucking and cowboy boots for dancing. I like when my husband takes me dancing and I don’t mind when I need to help him with mucking. I just like enough time to change into the proper boots.

Maybe if more Leftists, feminists, media-types, and the politically correct had to do some actual muck-raking they would realize that the crap they keep griping about is actually a great big pile of nothing. And, it might help if they went dancing once in a while to a really good Texas band in some small town after a rodeo. Just be sure to change out of the muck boots and into the dance boots, ‘cause horse manure makes for an unpleasant mess on the dance floor!

late yesterday a man in a van plowed into a group of people outside the notorious Finsbury Park mosque in London. One person is dead (although it's unclear if the victim was struck by the vehicle as he evidently had collapsed from a heart attack) and at least 10 are reported injured. The attacker reportedly said "I want to kill all Muslims" and "I did my bit" as he was led away by the bobbies. And now, I have to be extremely careful in my commentary for reasons that sadly are apparent to all of us. First, there is absolutely ZERO justification for this individual's actions. Violence is to be condemned, and its perpetrators, enablers and cheerleaders shunned in the strongest possible way. Now, the potential land mine; I was going to write that I understand why this incident happened, but even that can be interpreted as an approval. What I suppose is more accurate is to say that what happened was inevitable.

We are all human beings and someone is going to take it upon himself to "retaliate" against threats, perceived or real. If one looks at what has happened to England, virtually all of Europe and what may yet happen here, the only thing that is shocking is that this sort of incident took so long to occur. And yet, despite all we have been through, this is an isolated incident and solely the actions of one person. The inescapable truth is that Islamists and the Left are at war with us. Organized or not, both of those totalitarian ideologies openly and directly inspire and demand our subjugation, surrender or death in their unending quest for absolute power and control.

Unfortunately, the reaction from the Left and organized Islam to last night's incident will be to use this as proof positive that there is a war on the followers of Mohammed and their allies by racists, bigots, haters, nationalists, and the forces of darkness, etc. etc. Sure as night follows day, this will be used as a pretext to not only crack down on free speech with even more odious censorship, but will incite acts of retribution which, in a twisted Orwellian manner, will be covered up and/or excused by the usual suspects in the MFM and elsewhere. And in this country, watch this incident bury the actual Democrat-inspired terrorist attack last week while hit jobs and smears against Steve Scalise, Republicans and others continue. Ironic, in a sickening way, that they openly boast how Scalise had it coming, yet G-d forbid anyone were to use the word "karma" to describe what happened last night in London. Brace yourselves.

Fox Sports “Speak For Yourself” host Jason Whitlock is not one to hold back.

In an interview with Sporting News published Wednesday, Whitlock discussed a variety of things ranging from his former work at ESPN to his stance on NBA players resting in the regular season, but mostly he went off on the liberal sports media and Colin Kaepernick.

Not only has sportswriting moved to the left, but the “entire media has moved far left,” Whitlock says. Back in the day, the media used to cater to the New York market, but ever since social media came along and journalists became obsessed with getting their content to go viral, they’ve been catering to Silicon Valley, in his opinion. Or, as Whitlock calls it “the hub for revolutionary, far-left extremism.”

...“The far left wants to control the conversation about black quarterbacks. Quarterback is the most important position in all of American sports,” he continued. “Far-left political ideologues want to reshape sports culture to their liking. Sports culture has long had a major impact on American culture. The values taught and celebrated in sports are conservative. The far left wants to change that. They want sports to have a liberal impact.”

“I think we’re the alternative for sports fans who respect and like traditional sports values,” he continued. “I think we’re the alternative for people who want to hear authentic conversation and debate rather than words crafted for Twitter applause. I think we’re the alternative for middle America, blue-collar sports fans. I think we’re the alternative for people who don’t think every misspoken word is a fireable offense. ESPN caters to the elite, safe-space crowd. We cater to the people who love to tailgate and knock down a six-pack.”

Mark gives us some Hitler history. "Late you come, but still, you come!" You didn't object when Barack Obama used the power of our modern presidency, but now you object to Trump using those powers!"

Fascist political thought police

The mainstream establishment media, which is no longer an unbiased source of information, has become the mouthpiece for the Democratic Left. They give voice, legitimacy, and cover while Conservatives are smeared as bigots, homophobes, racists, and fascists. It advances a narrative which it hopes will lead to the delegitimization of President Trump and his eventual impeachment.

Thus, it is Conservatives who are blamed and smeared for ruining the environment, for Wall Street greed, for maintaining Judeo/Christian biblical values, and for seeking to preserve our culture, language, and sovereignty. Conservative speakers are no longer welcome on college campuses much as Jews were no longer welcome at German universities decades ago. Conservatives have become caricatures and are subjected to ridicule on American television and in newspapers. The marketplace of ideas is verbotten among many of the institutions that are now controlled by the Left. Instead of a free marketplace of ideas, we have a fascist political thought police that takes Conservatives to task for crossing the acceptable political and social gibberish designed by the Left.

Our institutions, media, and Hollywood define our culture. They have created a climate of hate that threatens the exercise of free speech for Conservatives as well as for their safety. Given the hostile environment created by the Left with the aid of the media, is it any wonder that elderly Trump supporters were recently beaten up at a Trump rally in California or that Conservatives are afraid to wear any memorabilia that would identify them as Trump supporters. In today’s America, Conservatives are branded, targeted, ridiculed and punished for their beliefs much as the Jews were targeted and persecuted in pre-Holocaust Europe.

The past should have taught us the danger of vilifying fellow citizens. But in today's America, Conservatives are the new Jews to be ridiculed, shamed and ostracized. We know where that road led to in the past. Do we really want to go down that road again?

Lynch mobs

James Lewis writes about lynch mobs of the Left at American Thinker.

The Democrats have a long, long history of mob agitation. In the Civil War, they defended black slavery, as conservatives know very well, and not a single liberal will confess today. The KKK was a Democratic Party front group to keep blacks cowering in fear after Republican President Abe Lincoln signed the Emancipation Declaration of 1863 and the Reconstruction began at the Civil War's end.

Segregationist Democrats called themselves Dixiecrats, another word for KKK enablers. They accomplished by lynching and terrorism what federal and state laws could not: Keeping black people shaking in fear.

"Fear" is what agitators aim to create.
