Ashe Schow writes an important piece at the Daily Wire explaining the difference between the situation in which Eric Holder was held in contempt of Congress and the current threats by Nadler to hold Barr in contempt.

Comey refusing to answer some questions

Comey is refusing to answer questions from some members of the Congressional committee today. As Ace writes,

Comey can be hit with contempt of Congress, and jailed, but he knows the Democrats are coming to his rescue in a month.

That means the current Congress has to refer this to the DOJ asap.

Of course, the DOJ will sit on it too.
