"#The Resistance is a mess."

...after 100 days President Trump has reintroduced the world to Alpha America after eight years of Barack’s fussy betaism, gutted a Schumer-ton of regulations, and broke the Senate Democrats’ spirit by suckering them into a loser play that resulted in Justice Gorsuch today and, I hope, Justice Crazy Conservative Caveman to replace Justice Kennedy this summer. Plus, of course, his two greatest achievements – not being Hillary, and surviving even after being subjected to every slander, lie, and fake news report the gyno-hat left could throw at him.

Really, that #TheResistance could throw at us, because #TheResistance is not really resisting Trump as much as it is resisting us. The elite establishment is outraged that we normals have demanded to govern ourselves rather than begging for scraps from our betters in DC, NY and LA. It wasn’t just that horrible, sick old woman that we rejected; it was them. And by doing so, we “stole” what they see as their birthright to reign sovereign over us. They try to cover up their humiliation with tales of “Russians” and “hacking” because the truth is too painful to face. This election was about the people they sought to rule looking at them and their track record of failure and saying, “Nah, you suck.”

...#The Resistance is a mess. Now they’re reduced to fighting for supremacy in their final redoubt, the universities where their fascist intimidation and suppression of speech provides a glimpse of America as it would have been had Trump not been elected. That they are forced into a last-ditch effort to keep power in an institution where their control is total is proof positive of their weakness. And the fact that the only way they have a shot at succeeding is to actively work to silence the voices of non-idiocy is icing on the cake. Their goose-stepping antics on campus are providing America a preview of life under Democrats, and it’s not helping them.

...Now, everything is not perfect, but even those issues where Donald Trump has failed to attain his objectives (yet) are not that helpful to #TheResistance. Its “victories” don’t seem very victorious. They got some judge in Hawaii to (temporarily) stop Trump from excluding refugees from various jihadi-infused hellholes, thereby buying the Democrats the next massacre by one of these creeps. They got another judge to (temporarily) allow sanctuary cities to ignore the law, thereby buying the Democrats the next murder by a MS-13 creep. Way to go, Dems. You’re the party of importing Muslim fanatics and illegal alien gangbangers. See you in 2018!

Say goodbye to the regulations that impoverish our miners, to the codes that skyrocket our electric bills in the name of the weird liberal weather religion, and to rules declaring that puddle in your backyard one of the “waters in the United States” and allowing some bureaucrat with a clipboard and a sneer to tell you where you can and can’t build a tool shed. Slowly but surely, it’s all going away.

...When you go at a guy like Trump locked and loaded, with the volume turned to 11, howling for blood, then you can’t expect him to ask for, or give, quarter. Softboy Jeb would’ve folded and whimpered under your onslaught, sobbing and begging to submit, but not Trump. He fights, and you fools left him with no choice but to go for your throats or lose. You made it a cage match, the Thunderdome, so that’s how he’s fighting. Two men enter; one man leaves. There’s no room for mercy – you saw to that – so your beloved liberalism won’t get any.

You gave Trump the excuse he needed to be the most conservative president since Calvin Coolidge, and now he’s doing it. He couldn’t not do it – you left him no way to compromise, and you made sure that any act of magnanimity or graciousness would be rejected. Even if he wanted to moderate his policies, that would just create an opening we all absolutely know you would exploit. So there won’t be any détente with the liberal elite, no peace accords with the snooty left.

Self-proclaimed leader of Portland's Resistance a sodomist and sex abuser

T.V. station KGW reports,

A leader in Portland anti-Trump protests has been accused of four counts of second-degree sex abuse.

Micah Rhodes, 23, was expected in court Monday. According to booking papers, the sexual abuse accusations are for statutory, non-forced rape.

He is a self-proclaimed leader of Portland's Resistance, a group which led disorderly anti-Trump protests.

According to an affidavit, the case involves sex with a teenage boy.

The boy said he met Rhodes in 2015 via the Grindr dating app. He told Rhodes he was 17 and Rhodes told him that he had a record of sexual crimes and needed to exercise caution. The boy said despite that, they had consensual sex in Gresham and Troutdale.

Rhodes was interviewed by police on Jan. 25 and on Jan. 28. Both times he waived his Miranda rights, according to the affidavit. He acknowledged meeting the boy via Grindr and said the boy told him he was 17.

Rhodes did not admit specifically to sex in Gresham but said he may have had sex. Rhodes did admit to sex taking place in Troutdale, according to the affidavit.

The affidavit does not specify what led police to the victim and Rhodes now. It does say that in 2015, the Oregon Youth Authority informed Portland police that Rhodes reportedly confessed that year to having sex with the victim. At the time, Rhodes was on parole for first-degree sex abuse and first-degree sodomy crimes.

The powerful hashtag #TheResistance has become a rallying cry for the frustrated grad students, snarky hipsters, and trustafarian millennials who make up the “We’re 24 and Oh So Smart” wing of the Democrat Party. Using it is the kind of hardcore, meaningful symbolism that will galvanize Americans to once again recognize how important it accept Gaia’s will that urban liberals rule over us. After all, typing #BringOurGirlsHome at the end of earnest tweets totally saved those Nigerian children kidnapped by … uh, … people who were not at all motivated by any particular religion and to say different just shows you’re an Islamophobe.

Yes, as America succumbs to the fascist Nazi badness of Donald Trump, who is totally a fascist Nazi bad guy because the words “fascist” and “Nazi” apparently now mean “Anyone I think is bad,” it’s clear that it is members of #TheResistance who will lead the way in effectively and meaningfully opposing our 45th President, Donald J. Trump (Oh, typing that still feels so good).
