Uranium One’s chairman used his family foundation to make four donations totaling $2.35 million to the Clinton Foundation

In a blockbuster revelation, Victoria Toensing, the attorney for an FBI confidential witness, alleged that the Obama Department of Justice blocked her client from informing Congress that Russian executives told him how they facilitated the Obama administration's 2010 approval of the Uranium One deal and transferred millions of dollars in Russian nuclear funds to an entity assisting Bill Clinton’s foundation.

As The Hill reports, those machinations allegedly occurred while Hillary Clinton was serving as Secretary of State on the government panel that approved the deal, according to Toensing, a former Reagan Justice Department official and former chief counsel of the Senate Intelligence Committee.

Bill Clinton accepted $500,000 in Russian speaking fees in 2010, as The New York Times reported in 2015; Uranium One’s chairman used his family foundation to make four donations totaling $2.35 million to the Clinton Foundation.

The Russian collusion is becoming clearer and clearer: bribes, kickbacks, a manipulated uranium deal to supply Russia’s nuclear program. Plus the revelation that the Russian government actually paid Fusion GPS to create the fake “Golden Shower” propaganda dossier on then candidate Trump. That’s right, the same fake dossier used by the FBI last June to initiate the FISA surveillance warrants against the Trump campaign. Things are getting decidedly weird.

The Hill pulled this octopus together, detailing the 4 year FBI investigation of this affair:
Rather than bring immediate charges in 2010, however, the Department of Justice (DOJ) continued investigating the matter for nearly four more years, essentially leaving the American public and Congress in the dark about Russian nuclear corruption on U.S. soil during a period when the Obama administration made two major decisions benefiting Putin’s commercial nuclear ambitions.

The twists, turns and intersections involving FBI investigators, various high ranking Democrats (Mueller, Rosenstein, Holder, the Clintons, to name a few) and Russia! Russia! Russia! are enough to make you scratch your head. But most curiouser of all: why didn’t we hear anything about this until now?

Geez—Hillary Clinton hasn’t even won the election yet, and the Clintons are already planning to cheat on their promise to “scale back” the Clinton Foundation. From the Wall Street Journal this morning:

The Clinton Foundation is considering exceptions to its plan to stop accepting corporate and foreign donations and reduce family involvement as a way to insulate Hillary Clinton from potential conflicts of interest if elected president. . .

While the parent Clinton Foundation will stop accepting money from foreign governments and corporations, the foundation’s largest project, the Clinton Health Access Initiative, might continue to accept foreign government and corporate funding, Clinton health initiative officials said Wednesday.

And what’s one big thing Madam President Hillary will have to do if she wins? Clean up the mess that is Obamacare. And one way for health care companies to court favor with the House of Clinton will be to contribute to the “Clinton Health Access Initiative,” which is coincidentally the foundation’s largest program. “Access” indeed.
