Mick Mulvaney is the Director of the Office of Management and Budget. He is very, very impressive. He came into the press room today to let the country know that the President out-negotiated the Democrats, and got what he wanted in three main areas of the 2017 budget. More money for the military, more money for the southern border security, more money for school choice.

You wouldn't know those things if you get your news from t.v. or the Washington Post, Mulvaney said. The President wants to see Washington work like it is supposed to work under the constitution. The 2018 budget process begins now!

Border wall? There is money in the bill for replacing cyclone fencing with a 20-foot high steel wall. There is money to replace levee walls along rivers.
