This blog is looking for wisdom, to have and to share. It is also looking for other rare character traits like good humor, courage, and honor. It is not an easy road, because all of us fall short. But God is love, forgiveness and grace. Those who believe in Him and repent of their sins have the promise of His Holy Spirit to guide us and show us the Way.

New Beginnings On Saturday
More tulips and more gold alyssum showed up today.
The red tulip is proudly displaying it's pistil and stamens. When I taught first grade, in the spring every child in my class brought a flower to school on a designated day and each carefully dissected, drew theirs with colored pencils and labeled the parts. Great science/art/appreciation lesson. Very few kids brought the same exact flower. We made a diverse bouquet.

Those first graders were very fortunate to have you as their teacher!
