A New Kid On The Block
This little male kid was born this morning. Five-year-old Greg is his owner, and he has named the little fellow "Noisemaker." Noisemaker is a Boer goat. Can you believe how big he is on day one?
My next door neighbors home school their 3 daughters in the breeding, caring and milking of goats. I love goat milk products; in fact if I had to choose only one food group to live on, it would be all things dairy. Will Greg be learning the dairy arts too?

The Boer goats are meat goats. We may some day expand into dairy goats.
