Tucker talked tonight about the Oval Office meeting on January 5, 2017 with Obama telling Yates, Biden, Rice, and Comey to feel free to withhold intelligence from the Trump team in case they were compromised by Russia. In other words, Obama regarded Trump as a traitor, and himself as someone who somehow had the right to withhold government documents from an elected president. On January 20, Inauguration day, Rice sent an email to herself documenting what she remembered from the January 5 meeting.
