The presidential debates are scheduled to be held on September 29, October 15, and October 22. Trump wants to add a fourth in early September to get it in before the early voting starts happening. There has been no response from Biden on that last point.
Jill Biden assured Dana Perino that Joe would "be there" for the three dates above in the video here.
