I am extremely fortunate in so many ways. Most of all is the fact that I live with my two sons, ages 19 and 20. They made this meal tonight after working all day with their soon-to-be 31-year-old brother who owns a business called New Mexico Harvest. They spent all day putting together shares of fresh produce for New Mexico Harvest customers. They brought home and prepared this meal featuring delicious artisan cherry tomatoes, potatoes, mushrooms, smoked gouda cheese, sausage, and ground beef.
