A gynecologist (former abortionist) from Las Cruces New Mexico testifies before Congress. The blogger at Creative Minority Report explains: "Last week a former abortionist, who performed approximately 1200 abortions, appeared before a U.S. House subcommittee to testify about the so-called Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, which would ban abortions after 20 weeks in D.C., based upon the fact that unborn babies can experience pain at that stage of pregnancy, according to LifeSiteNews.com."
