Hollowing out precious institutions, like the Department of Justice

A blogger named Paco writes, "Cheer up Democrats, you've still got voter fraud working for you."
He then refers to the news out of Florida: The Department of Justice (?) has ordered Florida to stop purging its rolls of non-citizens.
