While I am on the subject of the Denver Broncos and their fanatical fans, there is another Broncos controversy getting a lot of chatter in Colorado today. Mile High Stadium (now known as Sports Authority Field at Mile High, in deference to the sporting goods store that bought the rights to the name) has a huge image on it today. I just drove past it on the way to get some cancer dug out of my face.
The image is of two quarterbacks: Peyton Manning of the Broncos and Joe Flacco of the Super Bowl Champion Baltimore Ravens. Not only that, but there are huge banners of Flacco posted elsewhere in downtown Denver. Many fans are pissed. How did the Ravens get to the Super Bowl? They beat the Broncos on a last minute pass by Flacco.
