A Harvard professor has released a study showing that students who were allowed to choose their middle school or high school committed significantly less crimes as young adults than did students who were not allowed to choose their schools. Cato's Andrew J. Coulson links to the study and adds that this is just one more of a long list of benefits of market freedoms and incentives.
