Appreciation
Three days ago I wrote a post entitled "I Love Your Land. I Know the Laws and the Judges. I Think I Will Take Your Land." Today the Denver Post, under the headline "Lawyers awarded property next door," finally picked up the story. One notable fact: The property owners bought the land in 1984 for $55,000, but it is now worth more than $800,000!

This is especially noteworthy to me that this land grabber is the former mayor of Boulder.
Please don't get me started on the erosion of property rights in this country....

200 people protested there on the land yesterday, according to the Rocky Mountain News.
