If they can't see it, they won't smoke it?

Bless his nanny-heart, indefatigable Mayor Bloomberg of New York is at it again. This time he wants to hide all tobacco products from public view. His theory is that young people, like the ones pictured below, will not use tobacco if they cannot see it in stores. I wish it was that simple.
