Not charged yet with killing nursing home patients, but a misdemeanor criminal complaint has been filed against Andrew Cuomo for sex crime

A Misdemeanor Complaint against former Governor Andrew Cuomo has been filed in Albany City Court,” Lucian Chalfen, director of public information for the New York State Unified Court System, told the Washington Examiner on Thursday. “As this is a sex crime, a redacted complaint will be available shortly.”

Cuomo did knowingly, and intentionally commit the class A misdemeanor of forcible Touching in violation of section 130.52 subdivision 1…a person is guilty of Forcible Touching when such person intentionally, and for no legitimate purpose forcibly touches the sexual or other intimate parts of another person for the purpose of degrading or abusing such person, or for the purpose of gratifying the actor’s sexual desire.
