Can he be counted on?

Can Chuck Hagel be counted on to stand by the men who fight the wars he votes for? Tom Cotton is a veteran of wars in both Iraq and Afghanistan, and has just been elected to the House of Representatives from Arkansas. He hopes Obama does not nominate Hagel for Secretary of Defense, because Hagel has a record of not backing the men who fought in wars Hagel voted for.
