Perhaps the Iranians might want to be a little more careful. Read this story about the 27-year Navy veteran Commander of the USS Truman nuclear aircraft carrier. The buck stops there.

Hi Bob - He would be a 27 year Navy veteran - likely in his late 40's since most officers are commissioned just out of college.
There is no way to become skipper of a carrier that young. ;D
