Separating children from their parents,Congress needs to fix immigration loopholes

At the beginning of the program, The Five switched to the Senate Judiciary Committee. Senator Ted Cruz points out it is not possible for Comey and McCabe to both be telling the truth, since on May 3, 2017 then Director Comey testified before Congress that he had never been an anonymous news source in either the Trump investigation or the Clinton investigation. He further testified that he had never authorized any other FBI official to be an anonymous source of news reports about either investigation. Former Dep. Dir. McCabe has stated that Director Comey was aware of his leaking to the press. Moreover, his lawyer says he has email records showing Comey was aware all during the time it was happening.
"So, Director Wray, tell us, which one is telling the truth?"

Wray: "Unfortunately, I can't answer that question because of an ongoing matter."

Kirstjen Nielson, Secretary of Homeland Security, spoke to the press about immigration legislation. More than 50 thousand people are illegally entering the U.S. southern border each month! 600,000 asylum cases are currently backlogged! Since 2013 the US has admitted more than half a million illegal alien minors and family units from Central America, most of whom are at large in America. They stay here because of loopholes the Trump administration is asking Congress to fix! "Surely it is the beginning of the unraveling of democracy when the body who makes the laws, instead of changing them, tells the enforcement body not to enforce the law!

The snarky media then gets its turn to ask how this is not child abuse to separate children from their parents, and another quoted Laura Bush saying it is like Japanese internment during World War II. Kirstjen: 10,000 of the 12,000 children currently separated from their parents were sent here alone by their parents! Kirstjen: Congress could fix this tomorrow! Kirstjen does not bend to these suddenly all-too-concerned child advocates in the media!

Sarah Huckabee wearily comes to the microphone to relieve Kirstjen. It is the first time I have watched Sarah in action for more than just a few moments. She is fabulous. Someone asked her to comment on Laura Bush's remarks. Sarah said the law was passed in 2008 when Laura Bush's husband was president, and President Trump is the first president to try to fix it! another reporter asks if there is any daylight between Donald and Melania Trump on this law. Sarah: the daylight exists between the Democrats in Congress and their ability to change this law!

Greg Gutfeld has the solution. Buses. Fill them with families and head south. Bring the next bus and do the same.
