The law in this country is a tool for equality and freedom. By enforcing the law we have equality. By not enforcing the law we lose freedom.

Ted Cruz is offering legislation mandating that kids must stay with parents, double the number of federal immigration judges, authorize new temporary shelters to keep families together, mandate that families must be kept together absent aggravated criminal conduct, speed up hearings on asylum cases. Andrew will be surprised if leftists will support the Cruz legislation because they are not trying to solve the problem. They just want a Katrina moment with which to put Trump in a bad light. Andrew praises Trump for fighting back, something Bush did not do!

Andrew says it won't be fixed because the Democrats and media don't want it fixed. What they want is what is happening right now: controversy and blame.
