He also asks about the power of one judge to stop orders of the Executive Branch. Sessions thinks Congress should take away the power of the judicial branch to issue those injunctions.
Tucker takes up the case of an illegal immigrant who killed a truck driver in a hit and run. Tucker asks a lawyer named Raul why the Denver Sheriff doesn't just call ICE and let them know when this guy posts bond. Raul says law enforcement needs a warrant. Tucker disagrees. If this guy posts bond, he will be free to hit another American citizen, because only ICE can deport illegal immigrants.
A guest named Cathy Areu wants to criminalize thoughts that are sexist. Later she corrected that to be sexist language. Tucker asks her if it is sexist to open a door for a woman. She said it should be on a case by case basis. Some women might be offended and some might not be. Tucker asks how the speech police would operate. I didn't listen to her answer.
