Both Russia and China have held high level talks with the Obama administration in recent weeks. Since then, both Russia and China have stuck it to Obama on the snowden case. Dan Collins reports that Snowden is en route to Cuba, on the way to a final destination to Equador, carrying four laptops.
I have not seen that report confirmed yet on any other blog I have read today.
