Not a relevant consideration

The Atheist Conservative brings us two news stories. One is about Osama bin Laden's right hand man in Europe.

Ministers have been trying for a decade to send Qatada to Jordan, where he is accused of plotting a terrorist atrocity …

His removal was originally approved by the British courts, only to be halted by the European Court of Human Rights last year.

What did the lunatic judges of the Human Rights Court decide?

The judges said that while Qatada’s deportation was “long overdue”, his risk to the public was not “a relevant consideration” under human rights laws.

That reminds me of the Colorado case of the guy who was released from prison four years early, then he went and killed the Colorado Corrections Chief, who had tried to loosen solitary confinement practices: http://bobagard.blogspot.com/2013/03/when-we-put-liberals-in-charge.html

The other news story involves Christians seeking asylum in Sweden, which refuses to give them asylum, and will cause them to be return to Iran and be killed for converting to Christianity.
