Chicago police have arrested this woman 396 times. She has a court hearing Tuesday. The community wants her locked up permanently. Read here story in The Chicago Sun Times.
I think most big cities have persons like this who are just not rehabable (Is that a word?). Our job as Christians is to adopt their children as soon as possible after they pop them out.
