Are your blog posts protected by our rights under the Constitution? Not according to some judges: http://www.openmarket.org/2012/07/06/maryland-court-dissolves-injunction-against-blogger-massachusetts-judge-orders-blogger-to-take-down-blog-posts/
When we stopped being foster parents, the director of the foster care agency demanded that I take down all posts I had written about our foster children, even though I had never used their real names. My wife had been traumatized by the actions of a local caseworker, so I deleted the posts in deference to her well-being. I strongly regret that we caved in.
