Allowing men to be serially sodomized

Could it be true that more men are raped each year in the U.S. than women? Velociman writes about our "disgusting rape epidemic" in our prisons. He writes in a July 6 post, "Here's the thing: as a smart society you want that man walking out of that prison to be a better man than the one who walked in. By allowing him to be serially sodomized I don't think you are going to get a better man walking out of those gates. The good news is he will be domiciling in a neighborhood near you."
