There they Go Again, Making Unreasonable Demands!
United Nations Secretary General Kofi Annan actually said this:the problem he is having in negotiations betweeen the U.N., Israel, and Lebanon is that Israel keeps insisting that Hezbollah return the two captured Israeli soldiers alive!
