Is nature playing a trick on you? Is your soul really feminine, although you were born with a male body? Are you really male, even though you were born with a female body? Governor Jerry Brown signed into law legislation effective January 1, 2014 that permits students to use whatever restroom or locker room they feel is compatible with whom they think they really are.
On the other hand, citizens in California are making available petitions for people to sign to get the matter put on the ballot for this fall's election.
