How are you compensated? Stupid question, right? No, maybe not. We all want our compensation monetarily to be high, but how about psychic and spiritual, those invisible compensations? I thought I had ample compensation both in money and in those other things that matter to me as well. So no money wasn't the only option...today frankly I might feel differently.
