Who wrote Dreams from My Father?

yes, and Theodore Sorenson "wrote" Profiles in Courage for JFK.
Having an editor help you to write or having a ghostwriter rewrite your ideas into better prose is not the same as writing the auto biography...especially for an unpublished writer.
The ethical problem is not giving credit to the one who helped you, and not giving a share of the profits (in this case, over a million dollars) with the ghostwriter...
