Do We Still Have A First Amendment?

Talk radio is all abuzz about the Clintons and other Democrats trying to revive the "Fairness" Doctrine. That would mean that instead of market forces driving talk radio, hosts would be required to balance every view with equal time given to an opposing view. Dianne Feinstein became the first Senator to endorse the idea. She, of course, was criticized by talk radio when it was exposed that her husband was profiting from her position of influence over defense spending.
