California declares Christmas caroling a felony!

SACRAMENTO, CA—California has leveraged one of its recent emergency declarations to declare Christmas caroling a felony.
Christmas caroling is now punishable by 25 years in prison, as it's detrimental to the public health. In addition to being a potential super-spreader of COVID, Governor Gavin Newsom says he "hates singing" and wishes people would just "cut it out with all the jolliness and joy."
"Dangerous gangs of outlaws going door to door singing loudly -- this must stop," said Gavin Newsom. "The SCIENCE! says we must wear masks when singing and sing only beneath a standard speaking voice, and these deranged lunatics are going from house to house just shouting COVID all over people's faces."
"Furthermore, they are singing insurrectionist lyrics about some 'King' who has come to overthrow the earthly governments. I don't know who this guy is, but this is a clear case of sedition. I'm in charge here!"
Several county sheriffs have already said they will not enforce the law, causing Newsom to question whether they are agents of this coming King.

Late Monday night the state of Texas filed a lawsuit directly in the Supreme Court against four states: Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. The intent is to block those states from casting their Electoral College votes for Joe Biden due to the unconstitutional nature of mail-in ballot use – against legislative approval and requirement.Today 18 more states filed an amicus brief [pdf link] in support of the Texas lawsuit. Dominion refuses to tell Michigan House Oversight Committee how their machines work
The Chairman of the MI House Oversight Committee, Matt Hall (R), asked Dominion Voting Systems contractor Mellissa Carone to confirm that she witnessed election workers repeatedly reinserting the same ballots through the tabulator machine on multiple occasions. Carone explained that she literally watched “thousands and thousands” of the same ballots being pushed through the vote tabulator at the TCF Center. Chairman Hall told Carone that they would like to talk to Dominion, but so far, they have refused to appear before the committee. “I will note that Dominion won’t come before the committee. I’ve asked them, and so far, they’ve refused. We need answers from them about how their machines work,” adding that they are going to continue to pursue their request for Dominion to appear before them.

The four updates in question (coming early on November 4, 2020) are: a 6:31 a.m. Eastern update in Michigan with 141,258 Joe Biden votes and 5,968 Donald Trump votes; a 3:42 a.m. Central update in Wisconsin with 143,379 Biden votes and 25,163 Trump votes; a 1:34 a.m. Eastern update in Georgia with 136,155 Biden votes and 29,115 Trump votes; and a 3:50 a.m. Eastern update in Michigan with 54,497 Biden votes and 4,718 Trump votes.
Without these updates, Biden would have lost the states of Michigan, Wisconsin, and Georgia, giving him 42 fewer votes in the Electoral College and costing him the presidency.Read more here.

Misleading statistics
Robert Zimmerman writes in Behind the Black,
A new analysis of the 2020 death statistics in the United States has revealed that despite the panic over COVID-19, the total number of deaths in all age groups — including the elderly — showed no change before or after the arrival of the virus.
...not only has COVID-19 had no effect on the percentage of deaths of older people, but it has also not increased the total number of deaths.
Interestingly, … the total decrease in deaths by other causes almost exactly equals the increase in deaths by COVID-19. This suggests, according to Briand, that the COVID-19 death toll is misleading. Briand believes that deaths due to heart diseases, respiratory diseases, influenza and pneumonia may instead be recategorized as being due to COVID-19.
In other words, COVID-19 is just another type of flu-like respiratory disease, that is only appearing terrible because doctors and hospitals are incorrectly labeling many deaths as COVID-19 when in past years they would have labeled them based on the existing chronic illnesses the patient already had. It has all been a scam, a Chicken Little scam induced by some very evil people in government to cause fear and panic in the general population. I leave it to my readers to figure out why. Regardless, it is time for people to come to their senses. Let the worry warts cower in mindless fear in their basements. When state legislators view the evidence of election fraud

I believe that the evidence will be enough to give some legislatures second thoughts, so that they simply will not certify any electors at all. If there are enough states that balk, "president elect" Biden's won't get the necessary 270 votes to win. Of course, neither will Trump, which is why the election will then be thrown to Congress.
In such a situation, the constitution requires the president to be chosen by the House and the Vice President by the Senate. In the House, each state gets a single vote. Currently, the congressional delegations are split something like 28-23 in favor of the GOP. Assuming the Georgia senate run-off elections favor the GOP, Mike Pence will be elected Vice President.Read more here.
