Are we no longer a republic?

Scott Adams believes we are no longer a republic. And we won't be one until we fix our corrupt election systems. Joe Biden thinks it is time to unify neonazis and Democrats. For the entire Trump presidency, he has referred to Trump supporters as irredeemable neonazis. Should we ban Smartmatic and Dominion from having anything to do with our American election system?
