Son Thomas has connections in Alaska. He gets a weekly shipment of fresh salmon, which he sells to restaurants in Albuquerque and Santa Fe. Last night he treated us to an open pit barbecue. He placed the salmon on a thoroughly soaked board above some hot coals. The most delicious salmon I have ever tasted!
