Stage five: the scary part. Confusion, dread, doubt, fear.
Stage six: literally step away from the project - take a breather. Let it marinate.
Stage seven: the love sandwich. To give constructive feedback, always snuggle it with love.
Stage eight: celebrate breakthroughs.
Stage nine: revisit your notes. Find the missing link that brings it all through.
Stage ten: know when you're done.
