One justice system for the rich, another for the rest of us

It will surely come as no surprise to you that America has

one system of justice for the rich and connected, and another for everyone else.

Those are Bryan Preston's conclusions in writing about a DuPont heir who sexually aboused his young son and daughter. The judge gave him 8 years in prison, then suspended the whole sentence because DuPont

“will not fare well” in prison and needed treatment instead of time behind bars.
