Parkour and Free Running

My sons Jon and Greg would like to do Parkour and "free running" when they grow up. Here is a video.
Parkour, according to Wikipedia, is a training discipline focused on overcoming obstacles, involving moving from point A to point B in the fastest and most efficient way possible. It combines a variety of movements like running, climbing, swinging, vaulting, leaping, and rolling. Popularised in France by David Belle and others in the 1990s and 2000s, parkour uses no equipment and is non-competitive.
