This blog is looking for wisdom, to have and to share. It is also looking for other rare character traits like good humor, courage, and honor. It is not an easy road, because all of us fall short. But God is love, forgiveness and grace. Those who believe in Him and repent of their sins have the promise of His Holy Spirit to guide us and show us the Way.
Thanks for the kind words. One of our current heroes is Cesar Millan, The Dog Whisperer on National Geographic Channel. We think his ideas are applicable to raising kids, as well as dogs.

In a former life, I was a professional retriever trainer. We used to have a saying - the outside of a dog is good for the inside of a kid.
Kids and puppies go together like sunshine and...well, flowers. ;)
