My wife Colleen told our children that God wants us to search for the Kingdom of Heaven. Colleen asked our youngest child, two-year-old Sara Jane, if she has been looking for the Kingdom of Heaven. Sara said she knew where it is. "It's in the back yard Mama."

Looking out at our back yard from our bedroom window, one can see the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. On May 10, 2006 those foothills were covered with fresh snow. We have ten separate gardens outlined by rocks we have collected in the mountains. There is a large fort with a slide and swings, and a large sandpile. My wife believes it is when the children are playing in the yard that we are most likely to find the kingdom of heaven there.
