The evidence of the media motive surfaces amid dozens of leaks surrounding the FBI raid against Michael Cohen. From those leaks hundreds of stories are being written regardless of accuracy. What each of those stories has in common is the baseline that the FBI took information from the raid. This is the critical point to understand.
The actual content recovered from the FBI raid is irrelevant. What the media needed was the raid itself. The raid presents the factual cornerstone of every written article – from which any false assertion can be made about the content. The media needed the raid, the media does not need the content. See how that works? We are seeing this now in hundreds of articles based on anonymous sources who frame the narrative of content.
Accepting this reality we discover the big picture “small group” motive. That motive facilitated by those same ideological allies who conducted the 2016 campaign against the candidacy of their enemy, Donald Trump.
Now, there may be voices who have yet to understand the full scope of just how badly the DOJ and FBI is corrupted by politics. There are still some voices, co-dependents in their own abuse, who don’t understand or have forgotten the recent political history of the FBI and DOJ as it relates to other matters of ideological opposition.
Those co-dependent voices seem to overlook, or forget, a recent Federal Judge dismissing the entire case against the Bundy family because of gross DOJ misconduct:

She said a new trial would not be sufficient to address the problems in the case. Those co-dependent voices seem to overlook, or forget, a stunning rebuke of ALL DOJ attorneys in the DAPA case as outlined in a judicial ruling by Federal Judge Andrew Hanen:
“The United States Department of Justice (“DOJ” or “Justice Department”) has now admitted making statements that clearly did not match the facts. It has admitted that the lawyers who made these statements had knowledge of the truth when they made these misstatements. The DOJ’s only explanation has been that its lawyers either “lost focus” or that the “fact[s] receded in memory or awareness.” [Doc. No. 242 at 18]. 2 These misrepresentations were made on multiple occasions starting with the very first hearing this Court held. This Court would be remiss if it left such unseemly and unprofessional conduct unaddressed. 3 (read 28-page ruling)
So… it’s not a matter of ‘if’ the DOJ was/is a corrupt organization, entirely infected by political ideologues at almost every level, that troubling reality exists; it is a fact supported by those who should know best – federal judges who see the gross ideological corruption.
The FBI is structurally broken. The organization is fractured beyond repair by political ideologues who operate at all levels. It does no good to continue looking at the situation through a false prism. Facts, evidence and actual behavior must be accepted.
FBI agents who were doing an honest job would not be conducting secret activities, falsifying evidence to FISA Courts, engaging in unlawful FISA-702 searches and shaping their investigations based on their sentiments toward the targets therein. That’s just a fact; and it doesn’t take your accepting it, to change the truth of it.
Unfortunately the oft-used “we support the field agents, and are not talking about the FBI people in the various field offices etc.” is a bunch of co-dependent enabling of our abusers. It is simply a bunch of hogwash feel-good double-speak; it’s also entire false.
Ask the Parkland, Florida parents about the Miami FBI field office and their opinion therein. Ask the families of the Orlando Pulse nightclub victims about their opinion of the Orlando FBI field office. Ask the families in/around San Bernardino, California how they feel about their local FBI field office. Ask Garland, Texas. Ask, runners in/around Boston, Massachusetts, how they feel about the FBI local field office.
You see, just like the DOJ from Oregon to Texas, the FBI issues are not limited to the offices in Washington DC.
So yeah, the FBI raid on Michael Cohen’s home, office and apartment in New York is just as connected to the systemic ideological enterprises that exist in all manner of other DOJ and FBI examples. The intents are entirely political and the outcome therein is entirely predictable.
If anyone from the FBI or DOJ want to prove me wrong. Please; go ahead. You don’t have to do much to prove it. I’ll accept the absence of Michael Cohen leaks and media stories as evidence of your commitment therein. However, I won’t be holding my breath.

Oh, heck yes. This is exactly what we have been talking about. In an interview with Neil Cavuto, Senator Rand Paul shares his opinion that President Trump should respond to the coordinated political attacks by FBI and DOJ operatives by declassifying the information underneath all their shenanigans.
Good advice. Without interfering with the IG Horowitz and parallel Proseuctor John Huber approach, President Trump should immediately begin declassifying the documents surrounding the FISA abuse scandal.
Start by declassifying the 99-page opinion of FISA Court Presiding Judge, Rosemary Collyer. Remove all the redactions and let us see who the FBI/DOJ officials were allowing to have access to the NSA database to conduct searches. Then declassify the full FISA Title-1 surveillance application used by the FBI and DOJ against U.S. person Carter Page.
If these releases of information create a need for prosecution of the people, entities and former officials behind the documents, then so be it. These documents are unrelated to the issues of the FBI conduct review of IG Horowitz, and extend outside the DOJ.

YouTube CEO Susan Wojcicki is a major league Democratic donor. Since 2012, she's handed over a total of $96,600 to the DNC, according to Federal Election Commission records.
She gave $5,000 to Obama's campaign in 2012, and $5,400 to Clinton's campaign. She backed far left Sen. Kamala Harris and has donated money to various state Democratic parties.
Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey isn't much of a campaign contributor, at least not monetarily. His last campaign donations were in 2012, when he gave $5,000 to Democrat Richard Carmona in his run against Sen. Jeff Flake.
But Dorsey has been described as "an ardent leftist who has campaigned with radicals like DeRay Mckesson." And he recently raised a stir after tweeting a link to an article published in Medium, which basically calls for an end to the Republican party and a California-style one-party state nationwide. "America finally needs to take the Republican Party down for a generation or two," the authors write.
"Great read," Dorsey said of the article.
Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg isn't as easy to pin down ideologically as Dorsey or Wojcicki. He's given plenty of money to Democrats — including $10,000 to the San Francisco Democratic County Central Committee, and campaign contributions to Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi. But he's also given money to Republican Sens. Orrin Hatch and Marco Rubio, as well as John Boehner.
Whatever Zuckerberg's own political leanings, it's clear that plenty of his employees aren't nearly as balanced as he is.
One-Sided 'Errors'
Facebook recently blocked the site of two pro-Trump black women — called Diamond and Silk — which has some 1.3 million followers. Facebook told them that their "content and brand" were "unsafe to the community." Zuckerberg told a House panel this week that "our team made an enforcement error."
Funny how these sorts of "enforcement errors" only seem to happen to conservatives.
Facebook "mistakenly" suppressed conservative news from its trending topics list until 2016. It's new algorithm for deciding what shows up in news feeds just happens to hit conservative news sites hardest.
Last year, Facebook blocked a dozen conservative Catholic sites, blaming its "spam detection mechanism. It recently banned an ad for a Catholic university in Ohio because it included an image of a crucifix. Incredibly, Facebook's reason was that this image — which is central to the Catholic Church — was "shocking, sensational or excessively violent."
YouTube's content police, meanwhile, deemed academic videos that express conservative views on Dennis Prager's Prager U channel to be unfit for general consumption. Various other conservatives say they've had their videos shunted off to the YouTube demonetization ghetto. Earlier this year, YouTube moderators deleted several conservative videos and channels across the platform, which YouTube later said were "mistaken removals." The site most recently took down several gun-related videos.
Shadowbanning?
Conservatives, meanwhile, say that Twitter "shadowbans" their tweets — by blocking them from showing up in followers' feeds.
The company has repeatedly denied this, but undercover reporters for Project Veritas caught Twitter employees appearing to admit to the practice. And when Independent Journal Review editor Caleb Hull complained that people weren't seeing his tweets, Twitter admitted that he'd been "mistakenly caught by our spam filters."
When in doubt, blame the spam filters.
Now, to be clear, we are the first to defend a company's right to run its business the way it sees fit, even if it means blocking certain people from its sites. And we oppose intrusive government regulation of these companies.
But that doesn't absolve Facebook, Twitter or YouTube from attacks for their glaring political biases, or their rank hypocrisy about free speech, or for misleading users about what they are and how they operate. Which, come to think of it, used to be called false advertising.

And for that, Zuckerberg is to be shunned in the eyes of the rabid Leftist base. But as I and others have stated, Zuckerberg is hot and horny to have Facebook regulated by the government since the government is perpetually Leftist no matter who is President. The fact that Elon Musk is calling for the regulation of social media to stop "fake news' is, the tell. What no one can answer is who gets to decide what constitutes "fake news" and "hate speech?" And we all know the answer to that one. And all of the above is an offshoot of the Mueller witch hunt against the American People and their President. As discussed last evening, the DoJ finally released some of the documents that Congress had been demanding but only to investigators and still partially redacted. I guess it would be somewhat embarrassing to reveal Obama and Hillary engineered this entire charade to sabotage PDT. So the question remains on whether or not to fire Mueller as well as Rosensteinpenis and Wray. Despite it being the right thing to do legally and morally, would it be politically damaging to do so? My gut says the latter. Firing Mueller makes him a martyr and gives the Dem-Leftist-Media complex and the Cuck-RINO Cohorts the excuse to derail the President and move to impeach him should they regain control of Congress come November. Leave him where he is to bedew his craggy face with flop-sweat as he goes after anything, everything and everyone other than "Russian collusion" to find anything that can be used to take out PDT. And this is why Mueller had his flunkies in New York's Southern District raid Michael Cohen's office - and as linked to find evidence relating to that idiotic Access Hollywood tape! Unfortunately, as we have seen with Mike Flynn, Mueller has no qualms about destroying peoples' lives. That's why the President should just right now issue a blanket pardon to anyone Mueller may go after and then take to Twitter and hold press conferences to expose this insanity. The thing to keep top of mind is that all of this is aimed at us, not just the President.
And while PDT has to deal with this, we have the potential for military action in Syria. As I have stated, Assad as well as the Russians and Iranians need to be smacked down and hard. The problem is how to do that without a) allying yourself with ISIS and b) putting US boots on the ground in-country; an option I do not want to see happen. As Michael Ledeen points out, Iran is the key to neutralizing Syria. And, although the uprising is out of the headlines, the people want the mullahs gone and as reported yesterday, Iran's currency is falling faster than a gay guy off a 20-story roof. So that country is the pressure point that could neutralize Syria, as well as Hezbollah; and that defuses a potential conflict between Israel and Iran that could quickly escalate to serious "hair-mussing" status.
Back on the domestic side, both Scott Pruitt and Mick Mulvaney are taking a lot of flak from the usual quarters. Pruitt is actually receiving death threats (funny because I thought Lefties hated guns) as he wields a rhetorical axe and sledgehammer to the EPA, and Mick Mulvaney doing the same to the anti-Constitutional CFPB. Did you see him verbally manhandle ObScene Waters the other day? Totally schooled her about the roles of the Executive and Legislative branches while she just belched out stupidity and abuse at him. What a c**t. Meanwhile Keith "X" Ellison is accusing Mulvaney of impropriety and lack of transparency because he, get this, had his office windows frosted. Doesn't he have better things to do, like find out how the Jooz control the weather?
On the political front, in the wake of Paul Ryno's retirement announcement, the question is who will replace him? Can I hope we have a shot at someone like Mark Meadows? My ideal choice is Go-Go Gohmert but that's a pipe-dream. And I saw somewhere that Ryno is not going off into the sunset to be with his kids; scuttlebutt is that he may be considering a run at the White House. The rest of my thought is self-redacted.

Almost half of incoming college freshmen do not believe in free speech for what they deem “hate speech” (merely taking issue with a left-wing position is, in the Left’s view, “hate speech”). They do not understand that the whole point of free speech is allowing the expression of opposing ideas, including what we consider “hate speech.”
The Left has poisoned race relations. America is the least racist multiracial society in the world. On a daily basis, Americans of every race and ethnicity get along superbly. But the black left and the white left constantly poison young minds with hate-filled diatribes against whites, “white privilege,” “systemic racism,” black dorms, black graduations, lies about the events in Ferguson, Missouri, and the like.
The Left has made innumerable women unhappy, even depressed, with its decades of lying about how female sexual nature and male sexual nature are identical—leading to a “hookup” culture that leaves vast numbers of young women depressed—and its indoctrinating of generations of young women into believing they will be happier through career success than marital success.
And, in some ways scariest of all, the Left is poisoning our children with its commitment to ending male and female as distinct categories. One of the great joys of life, celebrating one’s sex, is now deemed nothing more than a hateful idea in many of your children’s schools.
For these and other reasons, if you treasure American and Western civilization, fighting the Left—something all liberals and conservatives need to do—is the greatest good you can engage in at this time.

The lead story for this Tuesday is, as Mark Levin so accurately describes it "the police state tactics" being used by Robert Meuller and by extension the Deep State traitors in both parties to destroy Donald Trump politically and personally to overthrow him and his government, and by extension, we the people. Having virtually exhausted every possible avenue of attack with the phony Russian collusion angle, they are raiding his lawyer's office in order to find records that show - or more accurately can be trumped up to show - that the president's alleged payoff of hush money to woman-who-fucks-on-camera Stormy Daniels was some sort of illegal campaign bribe or something like that.Go here to read his links for today.
Aside from the incredibly dangerous precedent this now sets for law enforcement to be used to smash legitimate attorney/client privilege (at least for law enforcement and their political overlords of the Democrat-Leftist bent), and the 4th Amendment to the Constitution, this means that unless something is done now, the mission is to keep Mueller going until the midterms in November and perhaps beyond, depending upon the outcome. That's because the investigation's purpose at a minimum is to damage and smear the President, his agenda and the GOP in general in order to sweep the Democrats into power and they can remove him from office. As I have said, this is a Rahm Emanuel crisis that could have serious implications. The only reason he's in the spotlight is because the Trump Campaign successfully employed the same data tools that Obama did four years earlier - which everyone thought was just so super cool and savvy - and came out the winner in '16. Remember and Obama's minions openly crowed about their direct partnership with Zuckerberg himself. The only reason this is tantamount to a heinous crime is that Zuckerberg didn't prevent Trump from utilizing the same data. And don't be fooled by Zuckerberg's phony mea culpa; as I linked to yesterday with that article about Jiz-Lip Chappaquiddick Stick Kennedy's call for Facebook to be regulated by the government. It's a backdoor attempt to wrest control of the entire internet via stealth net neutrality. Zuckerberg would want nothing better. Remember that no matter who is in the Oval Office, DC is controlled by the Democrat-Leftist-Media complex. Give them an inch and in a few short years... well, look no further than the state of the Second Amendment to see where the First will wind up. If it's not close to it already considering the Cultural Revolutionaries on campus and elsewhere. If anything needs to be done, it's the virtual monopoly that Google and Amazon have on what messages get out and how they are characterized that needs to be addressed. Funny how the Democrat-Media complex and their pet cuckservatives are blasting the President for essentially using the same language as Obama did. That said, SCOAMFs own ambassador to the waitron shit-hole refused to accept Mrs. Alan Greenspan's prepared meme that PDT share responsibility somehow for the attack. In any case, good Roger Simon points out that the gas attack may very well be the nail in the coffin of the Iran nuke deal sellout. Also, while we're in the region, the emir of Qatar is slated to meet with PDT in the Oval Office and some in the administration are urging him to blast our non-ally ally for their links to Iran, support of terrorism and that scandal a few months back of spying on American Jewish organization.
Over to China where despite the chicken littles screaming "trade war!" it appears the Emperor Xi may have blinked; the Chi-Coms have agreed to lift their tariffs on imports of American automobiles. In Hungary, Viktor Orban has won a third term as president, much to the dismay of the EU and globalists. It seems that they're pissed that the ignorant goulash-sucking fool refuses to do the right thing and let the Islamic hordes overrun the Magyars. I invite convicted felon and Nazi collaborator George Soros to go there and straighten him out.
On the political front at home, Rick Scott will run for Senate in Florida, the Democrats hope that former Clinton AG Mike Espy can steal another seemingly deep red Senate seat in Mississippi and get this; Camera Hogg is going to take a gap year off of college (guess he got rejected by the entire Cal State University System (where's Butch Napolitano when you need him/her?) to hit the campaign trail to stump for Democrats on a gun control platform. Winning!

Which non-crime is being investigated?

The FBI executed raids to seize documents about payments to Stormy Daniels and the other one-- yet such payments are not, of themselves, a crime. You can pay people to keep quiet. You only can't do so to thwart an investigation, and there was no investigation into the important case of Trump Banged a Porn Star in 2006 when the payments were made. Or thereafter.
Well, now apparently there is. So which non-crime is being investigated? Infidelity, which isn't a crime, paying a mistress to keep her mouth shut, which also isn't a crime, or conspiring to do things which are not crimes, which is therefore not conspiracy?
There's a legal word for conspiring to do thing which are not crimes -- it's called "talking," and it's not a crime. (Well, it hadn't been, but a lot of people are coming around to the position that talking, and thinking, ought to be crimes, if what's being talked about or thought about is Badthought.)
Claims are made that this could have been an in-kind donation by, I suppose, Michael Cohen to Trump. This all depends upon the assumption that this wasn't Trump's money. It may have been his money, with Cohen simply claiming the money was taken from a corporation. Trump may have filled this corporation with money just for this sort of purpose.
Seems a lot of mights and maybes there to justify raiding the confidential files of the sitting president's personal attorney, seizing all memos of privileged conversations between them.
Meanwhile, Byron York asks -- anyone remember RUSSIAN COLLUSION, you know, the pretext for this apparently limitless, infinite-jurisdiction zero-subject-matter investigation?
He notes that the charges Mueller has brought against Manafort do not involve collusion, and this latest criminal referral obviously must not involve collusion, or else he would have done this himself, instead of farming it out to his pals in the Southern District of New York Attorney's office.
It is always possible that Mueller has more charges in mind for Manafort. But it is important to note that the no-knock raid on Manafort's apartment took place on July 26, 2017. Manafort, along with business partner and fellow Trump campaign official Rick Gates, was indicted on Oct. 27, 2017. On Feb. 22, 2018, Mueller expanded the charges against Manafort in what's called a superseding indictment. In none of those many charges is the accusation that Manafort was involved in a scheme with Russia to influence the 2016 campaign.Read more here.
Again, it is important to note how little we know about what Mueller is doing. For all the public knows, a big collusion indictment could be coming tomorrow. But it is also important to note what we do know. And we do know who Mueller has charged, and with what, after an FBI investigation that began in July 2016 and a special counsel probe that began in May 2017. And so far, there have been no charges - -not against Manafort or Gates, not against Michael Flynn, not against George Papadopoulos, or others -- involving alleged collusion.
The Mueller investigation is marching on, and in the case of Cohen, giving birth to new farm-team investigations, but so far at least, the story has not been about collusion.

He just started going to events and doing things he had not done before. This is all designed to get (House Speaker) Paul Ryan not to agree to contempt and an attempt to delay production of the documents until the November election, hoping the Republican’s lose the House.

Facebook is reconsidering classifying videos produced by Diamond and Silk, two of President Donald Trump's most ardent supporters, as "unsafe to the community" after the dynamic duo went on Fox News' morning show asking why the embattled social media giant had labeled them as such.
In a statement to Fox News, a Facebook spokesperson said: "We are aware of this issue. We are reaching out to the creators of Diamond & Silk to try and resolve this matter."
I wonder if FaceBook is reconsidering this due to their appearance before Congress this week.

Because, as liberals love to point out when excusing urban mobs that riot and burn down their own neighborhoods because of real or imagined grievances, people don’t always choose to be peaceful when they are confronted by what they perceive as systemic injustice.
...But it won’t be so. Normal Americans are not going to simply give up their rights and their self-determination because a bunch of liberals want them to. Sure, the weaponization of culture with corporations and tech companies trying to silence and marginalize decent citizens is troubling, but in short order there will be a backlash as Normals react to these new, overtly fascist tactics.

Good morning kids. Another week begins and the top story this Monday is the President's tough talk against Russia and Iran in the wake of Baashir Assad's use of chemical weapons against rebels in Syria's ongoing bloody civil war. On the one hand, I think the President is absolutely correct in condemning Assad and by extension the Russians and Iranians who are his puppet masters. On a strategic level, Syria's strategic position and the fact that Iran seeks to turn it into another Lebanon (Stalingrad on the Med) to use as a base with which to attack Israel and the Gulf States, plus Erdogan using it as a pretext to wipe out the Kurds, makes it a situation that demands some level of attention on our part.Go here to read his links.
On the other side of the coin, the rebels fighting against Assad are essentially ISIS and Al Qaeda (or what's left of them). Do we really want to get into bed with them? Honestly, this entire thing is an abject catastrophe, and mostly of Obama's and Hillary's making. And with the eager participation of everyone's hero John McCain. To quote Daniel Greenfield:
Obama empowered ISIS and Iran next door to Syria. Then he empowered Muslim Brotherhood and Al Qaeda militias in Syria. And then he finally empowered Iran, Assad and Russia in Syria.

Every major terror player in Syria was empowered by Obama's terrible decisions.
There is/was ample evidence to more than just suggest that Chris Stevens wittingly or unwittingly was Obama's man in Libya who was running guns to these "rebels" in Syria when their spiritual (if not actual) allies in country attacked them on the anniversary of 9/11 in 2012. While I am extremely concerned about the potential that Syria has to become a flashpoint for a nasty regional conflict, I am equally concerned about expanding our presence there. The fact that McCain's Renfield, Lindsay Grahamaphrodite wants us involved is what we call in the business a "tell." And McCain has come out of his coma long enough to, get this, lay some of the blame on the President for the gas attack. I hope the new national security team of Bolton, Pompeo and Haspel have the answers here. And remember; Putin helped Trump rig the election because he wanted a US president in office that would decrease the value of Russian oil by expanded drilling and send in the American military to pound his client and his own forces in Syria. Yup. Collusion all over the place.
Moving along, as a wave of knife attacks has been sweeping across London, the city's mayor Saddiq Khan has got the answer: knife control! I know we have problems but England is seriously screwed.
The President has announced the end of Obama's disastrous "catch and release" program with illegal aliens, despite the fact that he approved its funding in that spending bill a few weeks ago. Meanwhile, Sooper-Secret Sleeper AG Lemmon 714 has announced a zero tolerance policy for first-time border jumpers.
And speaking of muh collussonzz, Mark Meadows is saying that impeaching Rod Rosenpenis is a possibility. It should be a very high probability; talk is cheap, Mr. Meadows.
Domestically, there is quite a bit that the President and his administration have accomplished to cheer about. Among them, he's cut 21,000 Federal government jobs while enacting polices that have added tens of thousands more in the actual economy, despite the talk of a trade war with the Chi-Coms and the concomitant market dump, he's doing the right thing in confronting them about their decades-long economic warfare against us (as well as military stance), and Scott Pruitt at the EPA is helping to gut the Marxist, anti-growth, anti-freedom policies coming out of there. Hence the reason he has been targeted for termination by the Democrat-Left as well as sadly (if not predictably) the cuck-servatives and RINO flunkies.
From hither and yon, Facebook has de-platformed Trump supporters Diamond and Silk for being "dangerous to the community." For speaking the truth, no doubt. And Chapstick-aquiddick Kennedy, is flapping his jism-lip about the need to regulate Facebook. He's actually planning for the government's backdoor seizure of the internet. Much as I hate socialist media, I do not want government regulating them. Better that Google and Amazon be broken up since it is they who have a virtual monopolistic lock on things.
The fire at Trump Tower that killed a man and injured others brought out the very best from the Left. David Crosby, the man with 5 livers (and counting) really is an abject lout. What he Tweeted will no doubt be his fate when he assumes room temperature. Something that hits close to home for me, a Marxist group is evidently trying to infiltrate Jewish summer camps so that their cadres can spew anti-Israel propaganda at the campers. It shouldn't really surprise me that this would be happening but having fond memories of being a camper, counselor and director at Jewish summer camps, this just disgusts and saddens me deeply.
And lastly, we note with sadness the passing of the talented comedian and voice actor Chuck McCann at the age of 83. RIP.

The Democrats were putty in the hands of the foreign criminal gang. Helpless as babies. They feared to offend them by reporting them to the police or firing them.

U.S. President Donald Trump signed a memorandum on Friday ordering the end of a policy, known as “catch and release,” in which illegal immigrants are released from detention while awaiting a court hearing on their status.Read more here.

Why McCabe was fired

Former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe was fired last month for committing three violations of the bureau’s ethics code, an investigative source told Fox News on Thursday.Read more here.
The violations initially were uncovered by the Justice Department’s Office of the Inspector General and confirmed by the FBI’s Office of Professional Responsibility. They included lack of candor under oath, lack of candor when not under oath, and the improper disclosure of non-public information to the media about the FBI investigation into the Clinton Foundation.

However, the international interest did necessarily initiate a bunch of foreign officials making contact with anyone and everyone who would be associated with Trump-world regardless of concentric circle distance from the epicenter. That intellectually honest understanding highlights how much of the post convention (July 2016) raw intelligence gathering began so easily.
The CIA simply monitoring chatter amid foreign diplomats, their customary job, turns into raw data provided to the FBI which in turn becomes the subject matter of frequent FISA searches/warrants to explore the U.S. contacts on the other side of that chatter.
The FISA searches/warrants turn into intelligence reports and that begins the entire process now known as “unmasking” etc. Nothing within this process so far is even in question. However, this is also the backdrop for intelligence reports to be weaponized for political purposes. In May 2017, CIA Director John Brennan testified to this exact process before congress.
It is important to emphasize here the possibly illegal “unmasking“, and the certainly illegal “leaking“, were all based on intelligence reports generated from raw intelligence, and not the raw intelligence itself.
It was the FBI (Comey) and ODNI (Clapper) generating the intel reports, including the President's Daily Briefing (PDB).
...The FBI were running the counter-intelligence operation and generating the actual reports that were eventually shared with the White House, Susan Rice and the Dept of Justice. After the November election, those reports, or interpretations of the report content, were eventually leaked to the media in a coordinated effort to undermine the incoming administration.
During the time James Comey’s FBI was generating the intelligence reports, Comey admitted he intentionally never informed congressional oversight: “because of the sensitivity of the matter“.

For some reason the top story of the day was President Trump's decision to avoid attending the White House Correspondents dinner scheduled for later this month. Pete Hegseth accurately describes Trump as a "see something, say something" president. He sees something like the caravan of illegal immigrants coming to our southern border and says "We can't have it!" Then the press picks him apart! Kimberlee agrees and cites examples of how unfair the press has been to Trump. Lisa Booth hopes Trump will do what he did last year: hold a rally at the same time as the dinner in which he makes clear that he knows who he is there to serve.
Juan Williams jumps on Kimberlee's criticism of press bias by asking, "You mean Ann Coulter?" Juan's point is that Trump has also been getting criticized by some on the right. Greg agreed with Trump's decision to stay away from a dinner where people are going to insult him for two hours.
Dana Perino is out west interviewing Sheryl Sandberg, Chief Operating Officer at Facebook. Dana found in her preparation for the interview that "everybody is mad at Facebook, but no one can agree on what the problem is!" Zuckerberg will face tough questionning next Tuesday and Wednesday before House and Senate committees.
Men are reluctant to hire women, for fear of the #MeToo movement (being accused of sexual harassment). Pete asked Dana if Facebook is aware of how conservatives feel about their bias toward left-leaning publications. Dana says they are, and expects some conservative Congressmen to suggest an Algorithm Review Board to give smaller news sources more of a chance to be heard. Greg thinks Facebook is a Frankenstein monster, too big, with no solution to the privacy problems, too late to fix it. Two billion people use Facebook! Dana said they plan to hire ten thousand human beings to try to cut down on fake news. Dana thinks there will be members of Congress who will ask, is this business too big? Should it be broken up? Dana asks, "What about consumer responsibility?"

...Meanwhile, Americans throughout the country are fired, demoted, or browbeaten by #Woke Human Resources departments into parroting the leftist cultural line.
Now, most corporations aren't political as far as their corporate charter goes, and therefore have no stated interest in pursuing a policy of political censorship on their employees.
Their real interest in imposing political censorship on their employees is that they know that the left will punish them if they do not, and the right is not going to say anything either way (they will sniff that it's no one's business what another man does with his business, even if that means he is whipsawed into becoming the left's catspaw for political pressure of everyday citizens).
Thus, they do wind up having a business interest in being an explicitly leftwing company: Defying the left would cost them in terms of coordinated negative public relations campaigns and boycotts, and crossing the right costs them not one slim dime, because on the right, it's considered uncouth to even criticize a business for turning into a bullyboy for the left, and so of course they take the path of least resistance.
As anyone in their situation would.
