Kudlow: We are testing at a rate of 100 times what we were testing in the early phases of the pandemic. The numbers are, therefore, bound to be higher. Meanwhile, the fatalities range from zero to one percent! We do not believe this is a second wave! This is like the passing of a very bad snowstorm or hurricane. Unemployment has fallen ten consecutive weeks!
