In the Conservative Treehouse, Sundance posts this photo of Chinese military or Hong Kong police spraying protestors with semi-permanent blue dye so the protestors can be identified if captured after leaving the scene of the protests. This is the thirteenth week of pro-democracy protests in Hong Kong.
