"My mom is a welder and pipe-fitter"

My five-year-old friend told me that his mom is a welder and pipe-fitter. She puts pipes that are very heavy on the roof of a new hospital being built in Santa Fe, New Mexico. She welds the pipes to put them back together. She puts wood and concrete together and then paints the concrete. When you weld something you put on a helmet to protect your face from sparks so they can't burn your face.
