What is known so far about the co-pilot of the Germanwings Airbus

Josie Ensor and David Lawler have extensive coverage in The Telegraph and Tom Porter in International Business Times about Andreas Lubitz, the 27-year-old co-pilot who "intentionally killed" 150 people by crashing the plane he was flying into the Alps.
