Bergdahl an enemy combatant?

I caught just a few seconds of the Hugh Hewitt show today. He was interviewing Scott Walker, who said the Begdahl should be treated as an enemy combatant. Scott Walker is surely one of the most impressive GOP presidential candidates. He has really been tested as a government administrator. It appears that he pulls no punches. What do you think?
