President Obama accuses Governor Romney of wanting to return to a time of “blustering and blundering,” and that he is "stuck in a Cold War mind warp." But the brilliant blogger at Cogitating Duck shows how, in fact, it is Obama who is stuck in the Cold War mindset, by "engorging the superstructure of the welfare state."
